1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on the amount of orders at the time, your custom set will most likely be made within 3-5 days. Shipping is also RoyalMail 48 Tracked - so you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 days. (This being said, it also depends on the speed & safety of the courier company).

2. How do I apply RhiSetz press-ons?

Your order will come packed with a step-to-step guide, on how to apply and remove the set carefully. If there are any questions, we are here to help!

3. How long do they last?

This heavily depends on the individual person, and how well the set has been applied.

Nail sticky-tabs: Up to 1 week (perfect for switching up to suit different outfits & occassions).

Nail Glue: 2-3 weeks (again, depending on how well they've been applied, and what your day-to-day life consists of).

4. Are they re-usable?

Yes! If looked after well, you can re-wear the same set multiple times. This is also perfect for if you've ordered many times from RhiSetz and fancy mixing&matching different nails together!

5. Can I cancel/return?

We are always here to talk if there are any issues with your order!

Cancellations: You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. All sales are final and non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase. To cancel, email us at rhisetzuk@outlook.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request" along with your [order reference number].

Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. However, we are always here to talk if there is something you are unhappy with, we can come to a conclusion together.
